Self-Pay Services
Aesthetics & regenerative medicine
Cosmetic treatments such as Botox and Dysport, and regenerative treatments such as PRP, are elective services not covered by insurance. Pricing is discussed transparently during your consultation, before any treatment.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards and HSA/FSA cards where eligible. Payment is due at the time of service.
Botox for chronic migraine is a medical treatment that is frequently covered by insurance when criteria are met. Our team will assist with prior authorization.
